Epic Surströmming explosions, family obligations, uncertainty of the future and tsun-tsun;dere-dere + teenager Hasegawa make this a nice character development episode of Moyashimon.
Hell, they even threw in a trap as well.

Incidentally, Surströmming was mentioned in Zoku Sayonaru Zetsubou Sensei 02 when I watched it today lol
