I’ll stick around with this series; there is no doubt about it.

Both seryuu’s are looking god on their roles, is good to see Jun making more roles, and not just the main lead on a yaoi series (so many he has). For Ami, it seems like the industry is taking advantage of her current success in the last year. I still remember my expression when I found out she was the same seryuu that play as Tenma in School Romble (after watching her role as Anemone in Eureka Seven). Anyway, this series is looking good.

I love the nakedness of Horo, everything is fine meanwhile you don’t show nipples.

I had no expectations for this at all other than the official website's URL cracking me up...but this was a great first episode, I'm definitely hooked and a Horo fan. The premise makes it sound like if it was a magazine it'd be a cross between The Economist and Megami, which...I can't even imagine, but it'd probably be cool.

[...] Spice and Wolf: I see the potential in this show, but the first episode did not impress me that much. It’s no where close to being a show I would cover, and it’s already getting a lot of hype for it elsewhere. [...]

This ain't gonna be some Code Geass here, oi! While people mostly know Jun Fukuyama and Amisuke from Code Geass, both of them have been really A-class seiyuus for a while around. Them partnering up again is not too surprising.

@WAH: I wouldn't put my verdict down so fast, because this is still the first episode. All I can say this episode has left me wanting for more, ASAP.

Still, I think Amisuke and Jun Fukuyama are going to make this show a good watch.

The voices are definitely noticeable. Good pairing though, and great potential. I was entertained at least to see how the first episode went along.
