Speaking of doing something, Shana and Yoshida ought to take a leaf from Tanaka. Upon seeing Oga-chan being conscripted into Yuji’s harem, Tanaka promptly abandons Satou and Margery and goes to retrieve her at once from the Evil Mistes Harem King.

I agree with Kinny, I really did watch the same ep of Clannad 4x and it was more entertaining then this filler x.x; SnS II seems to be really meh. All the “OMG WHAT IS THIS EMOITION?!?!?!” is really getting to me. I mean, if you don’t like it DO SOMETHING! Hideing and backing down while Hecate puts the moves on Yuji is even worse then being there.

I just watched the preview for next episode and seems from the title that the episode after this will be the start of, hopefully, the real story arc for this season. Let us all pray for that.

I am really surprised by the SLOOOW pacing this season is having. I remember that at least in the first we had some Tomogara-slaying action to complement the slow pace, but in this one we have “Ultra Donkan” Yuuji being the most dense anime character in recent memory; “Angsty” Shana and “Yappari Korosu” Kazumi trying to make sense of their jealousy (Shana I can get, she’s new to loving emotions, but Kazumi??) and basically failing to deliver a credible performance; “LOL” Hecate (come on, it’s her) being the only interesting character so far….even though she has like 3 lines per episode. Plus there is no Flame Haze action on the horizon for at least 3 episodes, so we’ll just have to hang in there.

I really hope they fix this soon and start moving the story along or this’ll just drive away impatient Shana fans.

The meme originated from Yoake Mae, where one episode, they were doing a cooking competition and the animation quality was so low, the cabbage was just a one round green ball.

Let’s just say it was totally funny and horrible at the same time.

I wonder if the cabbage is an intentional in-joke by JC STAFF.

I can’t remember the exact reason why, but I believe otakus use the term “cabbage” to describe “very poor animation quality”.
