Well, if they won't solve it, it means poor screenplay in my book, as it's just a matter of not wanting to "enrage" any fan. Besides, the first episode started with half recap, which is bad enough. The first series had the problem of lacking focus, and I certainly hope it won't happen in this second series.

I second what Myssa Rei said. Don't hate on Yuuji too much.

Later on he pulls a Simon and pierces the heavens with his drill.

And unfortunately, the triangle won't be resolving any time soon. >_>

At least if they stick to novels, anyway. I kinda wish they would deviate a bit, because I get really tired of him waffling between the two constantly.

> I really wish (but I know it won’t happen) they’d just close the triangle with this series.

Amen. Yuuji just comes across as an indecisive idiot whenever the triangle's in play. Either stop eating her freaking bentous or put it in, already...

Don't count Yuuji out yet. He's pretty bland now, but as the latter novels reveal, there's more to him than just being a nice guy. Throwing Pheles into the mix pretty much cements that fact...

I find it pretty odd that she's depicted in the OP as an antagonist, as in the novels she's a relatively neutral Crimson Lord (aside from the thing with the Reiji Maigo, whose origins she plays a major part in), and fighting Wilhemina as well (in the novels, she actually saves Wilhemina).

A Horned loli is enough for me to keep watching. I wonder how more episodes i'll be able to stand if it continues like this... Luckily, there's still the "Urusai x 3" :3
