Animation for the opening is really good. I agree with Orion. Looks like it should be awesome.

The song is a bit off. I really wondered how they would make Mag Mell into a opening (the song really doens’t have much….length). But they stretched the middle of the song by using nearly all the verses.

Tomoyo appears way too late in the opening. She should be right after Nagisa.

Wow, looks like it should be awesome!

It just kills me, though, when I see animators using that horrible ugly lens flare from a five-bladed aperture lens. Since it’s animation, they can make it look however they want, and yet they’re intentionally putting in lens flare that looks like it comes from a cheap crappy lens, the kind that would make any professional photographer or cameraman cringe.

hmm it doesnt sound too different than the original as far as vocals go to me… the back up singers kinda mess with it though…
well maybe because i kinda like the OP…

anyways, i cant wait… i loved kanon. i still cry when i watch air… even the OP song from air still gets to me…

the original game song is much better. considering that the video itself looks so similar to the game and Kanon and Air’s OPs were taken straight from the game one wonders why they had to remix Clannad’s OP to sound like this. Not horrible, but not as good :(
