What I liked the most about sola were:
- Nanao Naru & Co.’s beautiful artwork(notwithstanding the lethally pointy chins) accompanied by visual quality to match it
- Great pacing and unfolding the story. Spontaneous integration of flashbacks
- OP (Colorless WInd by Yuuki AIra) as one of the most catchy tunes of the year so far
- Not outrageous but certainly adequate and controlled bits of humor (thats Koyori chop for you)
- Ai+Mai is a pure win. Personally, I would go as far to nominate Matsuri as the most fitting for Noto Mamiko ever since Narue no Sekai

I surely could have had more of Aono, Matsuri, Koyori and the rest of the bishoujo crew in my life, but then another half of me is well aware that most things are subject to degrdation with undue elongation. Given the conflict, 13eps was perhaps just perfect albeit the struggle against Takeshi seemed to have ended somewhat prematurely.

For Aono fanboys out there – stay tuned for eps13 :) she actually smiles quite a lot now :D

I gave up watching it after episode 1. :\

the omake episode has them drinking tea and eating crumpets with Misuzu and Sora

Possible endings

After Matsuri’s sacrifice in turning Aono into a human.
Aono would sacrifice herself too to make Yorito a complete human.
In the later, Yorito gaze on the sky at the end. Bad possible ending.
Maybe Shiori and Yorito would be together to be shown in the
last 2 extra episodes this year.

Matsuri stab herself but in the later due to Yorito’s love for Matsuri.
Aono remove the sword from Matsuri and stab herself.
Yorito and Matsuri been together though Yorito is only made of papers.
Good possible ending. Not the ending yet since there would be 2 extra
episodes coming this year.

Logical ending
After Matsuri’s sacrifice
Aono becomes a human. Yorito still yearns for Matsuri as Aono
comfort her brother watching the sky.

Matsuri’s initial goal was to turn back Aono into human

but if you think of it, that’s pretty damn selfish isn’t it?

she essentially killing off Yorito and herself and force Aono to bear the burden and live on..

during the projector scene she decided that she would just kill Aono and in turn release Yorito, while she herself lives on to atone for her sins. You must be responsible for what you started after all.

Unkown to Yorito, nor known to Koyori
Have withstood pain to create one brother

So as I pray, Unlimited Paper Works!

I would say this year, and if, somehow, the next episode gets even better, I will go as far as saying this decade.
