I have no objection of the break for several reasons. This guarantees that the anime will keep up the high standard since they’ve got the time to adjust it. No matter what you say a break is far better then having half a year of fillers which we all know only consists of pure crap. Keep up the good work!

I heard that it was because of the recap episodes that the schedule for Code Geass’ time slot got pushed back, so they had to get a time slot during the summer.

As long as they make i i will be happy… but the wait is kind of stupid. Unless they are making some form of super animation where the characters jump out of the screen…

Well… the only reason I can think of for the delay, besides just being cruel, was that they had to rework this season’s ending to allot for the second one… which wasn’t planned (?) at the start of the series.

With the second season in mind, it also seems quite unlikely that Lelouch would die in these episodes, but…
