Erm, actually, it is selkirk and humbug23 from AnimeSuki who are doing the translations and editing. A member of DGz is just organising their efforts into one thread.
If you go to AnimeSuki’s “Nanoha Image Thread”, you will see that they are also translating one other fan-4Koma, which is “StrikeoutS”
