I don't blame it to Nagi for using a notebook to remember the chants. Besides, the chants are the easiest part anyways, you still need to learn how to cast the spell correctly and channel the right amounts of magic, etc. etc. Unless you have some kind of photographic memory… remembering a thousand intricate spell chants is going to be really hard. I grabbed all those recently scanlated chapters, but I haven't really had a chance to read anything since the Chao arc ended. I'm hoping this next arc limits the number of characters getting involved. Akamatsu just needs to stay focused on the story at hand and spend less time trying to give time to everyone else. Well I hope the next arc will be better.
