Deserted Island anime rocks

Nagasarete Airantou

Ikuto is weak-su!

Yes, Nagasarete Airantou’s anime adaptation wins!

First of, Hocchan’s Suzu = Ayu Tsukimiya + Manabi, only more agile and adept that those two with her 1337 skillz. If Suzu ever goes “Uguu~~” or “Massugu GO!”….. maa~~ maa~~~ MAA~~~.

Then Saeko Chiba’s Ayane was the win. She was so totally using her Chie-chan voice but this time playing a troublemaker than the “tsukkomi” role she has in Ichigo Mashimaro, making it really funny to watch. Imagine Chie-chan going bonkers and you have Ayane :D. As for the others, they didn’t really appear that much but Mikako Takahashi, Shizuka Itou and Ryoko Shiraishi looks set to give us a strong performance of their individual characters.

Sigh… this season is really deadly… OTL.

Nagasarete anime > Hayate the combat butler anime. Hayate has too much censorship that turned me off :( . I was quite worried with on how Nagasarete would be adapted as an anime, xD. The first episode cleared my doubts xD. One of the best this season so far xD

I wholeheartedly agree! Much better than Hayate IMO…just hope they stick to the script and not get ‘creative’…

Many complained about the “censorship” in Hayate. Duh it was a joke, Hayate even mentions it right beforehand.

Nagasarete Airantou. A harem series done right (for the most part).

As for the Hayate thing, the censorship is both a joke and a requirement for its early morning timeslot. Hell, in the first manga chapter Hayate’s head was oozing with loads of blood. They can’t show that to the younger audience unfortunately.

Pity, no user answered the inside joke.

a… no I wasn’t talking about those kind of censorships. I was talking abut dialogue censorships. Taking the blood away is fine with me.

yeah Machi-nee FTW!!!. but I still prefer Suzu’s innocent jealousy over Machi-nee’s antics xD

[…] Based on a popular manga, Nagasarete Airantou follows the tale of a not-out-of-the-closet-yet main hero stuck on a lone island with horny females aiming to bone him 24/7/365. See Hung, novastorm, kurogane, jaalin, hinano, and jason for other folks’ take on this hilarious and fanservice-y series. […]

This is like the only harem-ish show where I don’t hate the guy lol. In fact I kinda pity and supported Ikuto :P. Needless to say, another 100% owning performance by Hoc-chan :D. And yes, I agree with you regarding Ayane = Chika going bonkers style lol….I’m also waiting for more appearances from Machi. She’s actually my no.1 favorite character in this show. Surprise surprise! Suzu’s at no.2. Gasp! 0.o
