Also, Nobue-oneesama is scary… really scary…especially when she was going all “haa~~~” watching Matsuri-chan enjoying her book… not that I won’t understand it… but, yeah, it’s scary… really scary.

Is the stuff for these OVAs all non-manga material? Coz the first OVA seemed a little.. well, not as “in the zone” as usual.
I mean, I love Ichigo lolis doing whatever, even if it seems to be recycling jokes a little more blatently than usual, but there’s still canon that I need–nay, must–see animated!

Crayotic - the manga jokes were brought in (that priest comic Nobu was reading, the sleeping in class bits for Ana and Miu), although that’s only up to Manga Vol 4, so I don’t know if the other bits in there came from the manga or not.
However, that being said, I do wonder if we’ll see the Miu-Cinderella story, especially with everyone else’s reactions to the way it ends.

Sigh… can’t wait until these are release in R1 DVDs, to compete my collection.
Btw, has anyone noticed in the first OVA at around 13:15 (where Miu is trying to go to the candy store), that Kimura-sensei of Azumanga Daioh, makes a very quick cameo (only his head) on the left background of Anna and Matsuri?

Tim: That’s only in the HgM overlay - in the RAW Japanese version, it isn’t there. They decided to insert some ‘Easter Eggs’ into the overlay that you won’t notice in the untranslated-signs version.
