Happy (belated) birthday Noto-sama!

Ok..I seriously fail for forgetting, at least I was late by 5 hours only. Excuse me while I go shoot myself. I knew I shouldn’t have went out looking for that mystical RM200(USD 57) Alter Fate figurine the whole day! Never trust IRC 100% orz.
