If I am not mistaken thats a parody of one of Gainex’s first animations. You know the one with the carrot magical girls surfing on the swords being chased by missiles to that one song Electric Light Orchestra? Damn to vague. Well anyways they did a remake and you can see it in that “Densha Otoko” series all the time…
