Well, you’re right. It’s just that I kinda saw that “twist” coming. But it’s not a sis-con relationship. WHat was your favoirte Puchiko moment? I thought the moment where she was going up and down behind the McDonalds counter was cute and funny…
Anyway, what i really wanted to say was about Puchiko’s song. I dont really know if you can ask for that thing here, so the best thing i can say is to look up for the soundtrack at tokyotosho :p

That is why the show can trick you, Aiko never acted like a sister with Bro-con, she acted more like a girlfriend.

I’ll agree… the romance does kinda feel a bit illogical, but somehow I can still accept it… perhaps I’ve spent too much time being an otaku.

Actually, Aiko is kinda awesome as a sister, really. You can see she does care for her brother a lot, but it doesn’t really descend to brother-complex level, so let’s keep the sis-con out for now.

Besides, the whole point of the show was about Puchiko ;).

Oh, god shall put his light upon the man who does not know the ways of the siscon… :p I kinda agree with Kefit. I didn’t care about the plot being predictable, but that guy seemed like the kind of douchebag who just stops to meet his girlfriend for months, and then expects her to still be waiting for him… but then, he’s all “OMG THIS BITCH IS MOVING, WHY?”. I suppose the “this story spans for a year” plot made the story even more weak.

I was completely fooled! I thought the whole time that Aiko was Taku’s
Roommate and the they were involved romanticaly till the very end.

I love Di Gi Character, and I usually gentle slice of life stuff, but this didn’t do it for me.

The characters were just far too reserved and bland. Especially the boyfriend, who is one of the flattest love interests I have ever seen. Puchiko was the sole saving grace of the OAV, and she was quite awesome. If only Dejiko had retained the sass and energy that she had in the original series.

I didn’t really watched the original Di Gi Charat series, so I don’t really know much about the original characters of Dejiko and Puchiko, apart from the infamous “-nyo” and Broccoli references to it.

Winter Garden was however quite enjoyable on it’s own very much, and really makes me want to watch the original Di Gi Charat series as well, just for the sake of knowing more about Dejiko and Puchiko. Still can’t find it yet though… orz.

And yes…. Puchiko and Kyon would be so win if they met… wonder when will Miyuki Sawashiro and Sugita Tomokazu get a chance to voice together :D.

I was expecting Dejiko to blow off this guy’s head at the end with her eyebeam… Anyway, I suppose everyone expected that (happy) ending for sure, since the first time I saw that girl.

Dejiko was cute, but forget about her. Puchiko was AWESOME! She has to meet Kyon and make a comic routine some day :p I liked her insert song, but I wonder if she was actually singing in french or furenchu LOL
