Japanese culture is joshikousei.

Megadere

Oh yeah, Japanese culture is definitely joshikousei… Emmel-chan is easily my third favourite character of the show next after Ayako and Shione.

Ayako is travelling home when she spots Emmel-chan with her two groupies crying in front of her. She sneaks up to them and assumes, from the conversation, that Emmel-chan is returning to Germany. Emmel senses Ayako’s presence and Ayako reveals herself, to be suprised by Emmel-chan’s request to teach her about Japanese culture, specifically about _joshikousei_. Although surprised, she still invites the girl members of the Student Council to help her out.

Meanwhile, Mamoru meets up with Sudo, Yagi and Watanabe in a nearby family restaurant (famires), where they reveal themselves as the Famires Research Group, dedicated to exploring all the menus available. They are surprised to see that Ayako isn’t with him today, and apparently is no-boys day today.Abiko-senpai suddenly reveals himself and launches in to a tirade on how he followed Mamoru, since where Mamoru is, Ayako will be there too. Unfortunately, it seems to be all-girls only today for her, and the guys launch in to their imaginations on “all-girls” day.

Back to the girls, the group goes all out to teach Emmel about the various aspects of the current joshikousei culture, starting first with a visit to a butler cafe (the female version of the meido-cafe), then to a karaoke box (Emmel and Ayako both really know how to sing ;), after that to the _purikura_ stands, and finally, to the shopping mall (a guy’s worst nightmare), all the while with Ayako and Emmel fighting each other and generally having lots of fun.

The guys, for some reason, take a tour of the exact places the girls visited earlier, under the guidance of Watanabe, finally ending up at the shopping mall, where Watanabe reveals that he wants to have a girlfriend, and runs in to the mall, with Mamoru chasing after him. The girls are having a fashion tryout meanwhile, and Mamoru has to barge in at the part where Ayako and Emmel are dressed up in ganguro-style, triggering an outburst of Beatrice destruction from a very, very much embarrased Ayako XD.

Finally, the day ends and Ayako presents Emmel with a box of cookies and they part amicably. The next day however, Emmel and Sudo greet Ayako and Mamoru in the school’s front gate, and it turns out that she transferred in to their school. Feeling a little pissed off, Ayako storms in, while Watanabe falls in love at first sight of Emmel-chan. Mamoru-kun prophetically remarks that a storm is coming…

It’s my style :). Just naming my posts “Mamoru-kun wo Megami ni Shukufuku wo 10″, “Kanon 10″, “Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru 10″, etc. etc. is really, really boring, not to mention 8732093728459 other anime blogs are doing it as well.

Besides everytime I write post, it gives my brain a very good exercise to think of a catchy title for it. If you can’t appreciate it, then I’m sorry for that :).
