Fate gets all her development as a character in season 1 and I won't be surprised if she's on the straight-and-narrow for the rest of the title's lifespan. It would be very weird if she started to move away from the other characters or experienced personal crisis at this point, though I'd applaud the writers if they messed with the hallowed Nanoha/Fate relationship.
