There were rampant calls to ballot stuff for Suiseiseki on 4chan, so I wonder if IPs outside of Japan were counted…

The petty, self-centered, and annoying defeats the repentant, loyal, and steadfast, huh?

Any more “DESU” spams that break my blog will be censored. Hell, any more desu spams will be deleted. I’m god damned sick of that retarded meme for now.

    >>The petty, self-centered, and annoying defeats the repentant, loyal, and steadfast, huh?

Reflects the current taste of men in women nowadays.

    I’m pretty sure it’s the bloody /a/ desu-tards. 4chan has no taste.

I notice there was a surge of votes starting at about 6pm so I guess Suiseiseki pulled in the “salaryman” vote? Then again, the smart otaku would use their work computers to vote during the day. Hmm…

Honestly, I didn’t really care for the SaiMoe tournament so the only opinion I can form about this result is speculation from looking at graphs.

That is the time most teenagers would get home and get their votes in. In Korean Moe tournament, people always noticed that rate of Suiseiseki votes increase in the last 6 hours of the voting. I guess similar thing happened here, or there is a mysterious organization in Korea, which had already infiltrated Japanese server so as to appear that their votes are coming from within Japan, totally dedicated to Suiseiseki.

heh there’s so much bitterness and spite against Suiseiseki in the blogging scene it seems. Personally I couldn’t be more pleased with this result, but then again I knew nothing about her opponant besides what she looks like and what series she’s from. Loyal and steadfast does sound like another term for dull, however.

Looks like it came down to a Superman vs Wolverine in the end.

A fair interpretation. Fate gets all her development as a character in season 1 and I won’t be surprised if she’s on the straight-and-narrow for the rest of the title’s lifespan. It would be very weird if she started to move away from the other characters or experienced personal crisis at this point, though I’d applaud the writers if they messed with the hallowed Nanoha/Fate relationship. Flawed characters are usually more interesting, but Suiseiseki’s pettiness isn’t exactly tragic and I don’t think it’s endearing like some people apparently do.

Please let Suiseiseki be the first one to be junked during Overture!!!!
Hopefully Gin/Shinku makes that wish come true… n_n
