Secchan did hint that she likes Negi-sensei in one of the chapters. Besides, I wouldn't really categorize her feelings for Kono-chan as the yuri type, more like a protective one. I guess you can say she's just moé for Kono-chan :). As for the "No Chance Harem" types... well let's just say this is a free for all game, so go ahead and include them :).
