[Might have some spoiler]
Okay, I'd like to say that almost anyone who would give, "Club To Death Angel Dokuro-chan," a better review than, "Speed Grapher," obviously didn't watch either of those anime's. Okay some points about, "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan," 1: Sakura, wtf man. Okay I understand you like Dokuro-chan, and that she's pretty hot--but god damn it! Enough is enough, slap that woman. 2: Pipiru piru piru piru pipiru pi, seem's right all wrongs. Just like no one cares that Dokuro-chan is murdering, or using her magic to transform people. The characters are just so bland it makes my eyes bleed, "oh sakura you bastard! Picking on a little girl." Come on, these characters are being force fed on you like the rest of this anime. 3: Repetitive, I repeat, repetitive. Every episode seems' to be about the same thing--Dokuro-chan kills Sakura, and then makes everything right again by reviving him. And then the last what, 2 episodes they throw in some smidgen of story (which is also bland). 4: I think I'm done actually.

Possible Pro's of Dokuro-chan:
-Bloody as all hell!
-Blood
-Panties
-Big breasted loli's (if your into that)
-And more blood

"Speed Grapher," doesn't get off easy, I like it more than, "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan." But it still had some fail in it.
Cons:
a) The animation is a bit lacking in most episodes. It seem's to go from, Good, Bad, Good, Bad, Good, Bad, maybe repeat. This happened alot in, I believe episode 5.
b) Over half of the series they get you to really hate the bad guys like you should. Then at about episode 16+, they want to let you know that, Suitengu and his group should be looked at as anti-hero's, more or less.
c) OH SURPISE THIS ANIME IS ABOUT CORRUPT GOVERNMENT! Yes, this whole anime believe it or not isn't really about, Kagura, or Saiga, thats just a small part of the whole. It's about how money corrupts the government. And you don't really see this until about..oh...episode 16+.
d) I really don't have anything else, like I said I liked this one. Don't get me started on Tenjho Tenge though, thats another anime that cut short of expectation.
