I like the spear more actually, although it’s closer to a Lance. I was blown away when Nanoha pierced the shielding and unleashed her nuke at point blank range. It seems that Raging Heart gets increasingly better at melee as it goes from Device to Exceleion mode. With Raging Heart like this Nanoha technically would be capable of doing serious close range combat with her fearless berzerker ways. As for the Zanber I think it suits Fate well but it looks so much like Priest Remnington’s weapon from Chrno Crusade. Really curious to see if Fate’s going to have more spells to use with this big bad zweihander.

Nanoha strikes me as kakkoii for sure. She is a mental foundation of sorts for every friend she makes. She seems to have hit self-actualization and has come to terms with life. In Nanoha’s fights, her feelings and power are both refined and intense, making her horrific to stare at sometimes. It’s an air of utter sincerety in the form of death ray.

Fate-chan’s really cute. She’s very strong emotionally and cares a great deal for others. Well we’re soon going back to seeing Fate in action given how that Nanoha practically hogged all the melee combat screentimes in this ep. When Fate goes into action, she has an air of chivery with her while maintain a serious outlook on the battle.

Loveable Hayate comes out of her abuse in remarkable emotional state. She’s got such character given her condition. Although not an eternal optimist, the girl takes life one step at a time. It’s good that she’s not going to be lonely after the dust settles. She feels to be kind, understanding but uncompromising in her values.

They make a trio of lonely girls. Hayate’s single life is over and she’ll probabilly be stuck with Time-space admin as well. Making them angry and there’s hell to pay…
