Yuuji returns with Shana’s spoon, when it starts to rain, prompting Yuuji to invite her inside, which of course any decent guy MUST do.

Ok well, I don’t have a catchy phrase to misuse, unlike moy, so instead I’ll replace it with a Misuzu fanart, done by my RL friend, toounit, with his friend, instead.

I swear I’d used to hit Matt’s blog every 30mins, just to check his “Elsewhere” section. But now…. hehehehe :evilgrin:.

Today marks the release of a lot of stuff, including Shakugan no Shana’s ED, Rozen Maiden ~träumend~’s OP and some others. I now have Yoake Umarekuru Shoujo & Seishoujo Ryouiki on permanent loop on Winamp. The number of times I have reached audio orgasm…..uncountable ;).

I’ve been gone a while….

Ok, maybe not ‘a while’ but still, to assure that i’m not dead/bored yet, here’s a little status report.

I’ve reformatted my PC, taking advantage of the crappiness of my DSL recently. When you have 4-5 torrents running at combined speeds of *5KB/s* and you need to press F5 100 times to view *1 PAGE*, you’ll know there’s something screwed. So which means I’ve spent the last day reinstalling everything and stuff. Lucky Mondays and Tuesdays are slow days for me.

But on much more depressing fronts, my DSL line is running on speeds bordering on dial-up territory, which means I might not be able to blog/have things to blog/rant as much as I can. I really wanna go back to Melaka T_T. I’ve tried tons of things to fix it, so now I will assume that it’s TM Nut’s fault and will proceed to spam their hotline at the rate of 4-5times/hr.

On other news, animeblogger.net is appreciating donations, thanks to the new wave of bloggers begging for hosting(like me ;p). So if anyone has an extra dollar or 2, please donate at this link. I’ll put up a donation button on the sidebar soon.

Found this image off 4chan, which practically has the comparision of all the Mai-HiME characters to their Mai Otome counterparts (minus Nao, but well, she hasn’t changed much). Enjoy!!

Another manga spotlight from me. Kinda bored doing anime entries, so I’m just gonna promote one of my favourite(but not so well-known) manga series’ :).

“Hayate no Gotoku” or “Hayate the Combat Butler”, done by Kenjiro Hata-sensei and serialized in the Weekly Shounen Sunday magazine is a recent but not as well known series.

The premise of the story is about poor Hayate Ayasaki(15) whose useless excuses of a parents sold him to the Yakuza to pay off their debt of ¥150 million. Desperate he tries to kidnap a young girl for ransom but fails too due to his kind-heartedness. But Lady Luck smiles on him as the girl, Nagi Sanzenin (13), is actually from a really rich family( I stress the “really” part) and pays off his debt in exchange for Hayate’s services as her butler.

But one little twist happens, which is Nagi misinterprets Hayate’s kidnap attempt as a love confession. However, both of them keep on misunderstanding each other, resulting in a ticking time bomb that grows with every passing chapter ^_^;;;.

Ahh…. too tired from going out for the whole day and editing the stylesheet…….

Ja~, going to watch some anime.

No time to put up a full blog post, so here’s some opinions and predictions i gleaned from this episode.

1. Mai is coming back, YAY!!!!(well, possibly)

2. Sergey and Rena are connected. I see 3 possiblities, either he’s her son, student or adopted child(ala Nina). Any wild guesses that Sergey’s Arika’s oniisan?

3. Nagi is still a god damn manupulative bastard.

4. Nina is hardcore, real hardcore. She looks like she’s trying to kill Arika, goodness.

5. KnK guy from Mai-HiME actually has some powers. And IS MAI WITH HIM?!!!!

6. I miss Haruka and Yukino!!!!!

7. I will kill for Mai-Otome’s OST(also for Shakugan’s OP & ED :)

8. Chibi Nina is cute. (Ok internal lolicon sense going off).

9. Anyone spotted the Fumi cameo for this episode. Need to rewatch it.

Well, was going through 4chan, when I discovered a new manga, done by Kazurou Inoue, the manga-ka of Midori no Hibi, which I tremendously enjoyed, despite the absurdness of a guy’s hand turned into a girl XD.

He’s currently doing a new work, AiKora or Love & Collage. I suspect Love Collage is more accurate after reading it, but bleh, yay for the Engrish XD.

Anyways, the plot is about a guy, Maeda Hachibe (15) who’s got a fetish about 4 things :
